Les Foulées des Vignes: Racing through the Terroir

Set against the scenic backdrop of local vineyards, this reportage highlights technical adaptability in challenging natural light. My primary position was established just 800 meters from the starting line. While the weather was beautiful, it created a severe high-contrast environment: runners were cast in deep shadow against a brilliantly bright sky and illuminated landscape. Mastering this dynamic range required precise, on-the-fly exposure management to ensure every participant was perfectly lit without losing the rich details of the terroir. Following this demanding opening sector, I relocated to the finish line to capture the raw emotion and triumph of the final meters.
